Details
A circular rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the Notary's name, the county, and the words "State of Tennessee Notary Public" or "Tennessee Notary Public" printed in the center.
The ink color may not be black or yellow and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
