Details
A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the words "Notarial Seal" the Notary's Name, the words "Notary Public", the city, county and the commission expiration date. Stamp must have a border. The words "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" is recommended.
The ink color must be black or dark ink and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
