Details
A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must be rectangular and contain the Oregon state seal, and the words "Official Stamp ", Notary's Name, "Notary Public-Oregon", "Commission No.________" , and "My Commission Expires__________".
The ink color must be black or dark ink and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
