Details
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the coat of arms of Ohio within a 1" circle in diameter, the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public" or "Notarial Seal", and "State of Ohio".
The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
