A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal requires the Notary's name, the commission expiration date, the words "Notary Public", and "State of North Dakota" . The seal must have a border and may not contain any other words, numbers or symbols.
The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
