Details
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal requires the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", the county including the word "County" or "CO.", the words North Carolina or NC. The expiration date is optional. Seal must have a visible border. The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
