A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must be rectangular with a border and requires the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public for the State of Montana", "Residing at __________i", and the Commission expiration date.
The ink color must be black or blue and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
