A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must be rectangular with a serrated or milled edge border and should contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", and "My commission expires ________", and the Seal of the State of Minnesota.
The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
