Details
An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. Seal must be circular with a serrated or milled edge border and may not be larger than a 2" diameter. The requirements are: the Notary’s Name, the commission number and the words "Notary Public" and "State of Hawaii".
The ink should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
