Notary Stamps & Supplies

A rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must be rectangular with a serrated or milled edge border. The requirements are: the Notary’s Name, the words "Official Seal", "Notary Public, "State at Illinois" and "My Commission Expires (date)". The ink color should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
