Notary Stamps & Supplies

An embosser or a rubber stamp with ink may be used. The seal must contain the the Notary's name, the words "Notary Public", "Commonwealth of Massachusetts" or "Massachusetts", "My commission expires on ...", and and a facsimile of the Great Seal of Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The ink color may be black only and should be able to be photographically reproduced clear and legible.
